The always interesting ArchDaily published the draft prepared by the architects Or Regev and Shilry Kujawski for the competition of ideas for a new home of the hypothetical MOCCA in New York. The announcement
and the winning project of Volkan Alkanglu are published on Suckerpunch .

I limit myself to a couple of epidermal considerations.
The site identified in the notice is located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
The place is full of meaning, but neither the notice nor the papers seem to give great weight. The suspicion that the most common concern among architects was to compete with the nearby presence of the recent Blue Residential Tower di Bernard Tschumi è alto...
